Does the chat window say "Unknown map name: xxx"?

I could not make a character using the Russian client, so the ruRU Localization data update could not be tested.

Im only confused as to which ver. of Carb you are using, you say its 4.03 but you linked a lua error message from ver. 4.013. That error looked familiar to when you use ver 4.013 with wow ver 4.03a. Update to 4.030108 (current beta version) here -- http://www.carboniteaddon.com/download.shtml wipe your WTF saved variables for just Carb. only and try it again.
