Action Bar Coodowns and Duration Timers

I noticed that on my ret pally if I have two talents to reduce the CD of my judgements that the timer continues to count down from 20 sec to 10 sec rather than 12 sec (as the CD is reduced to 8 sec). Then if I disable the duration timer, the cooldown timer sits unchanged (showing initial cd time) until the disabled duration timer would have completed, then the cooldown timer updates. For example my judgement ability sits at 20 sec and then will suddenly update showing 10 sec and countdown as per normal.

Yes... this is a bug in the action bars. I had forgotten about it. I'll try and get that fixed in the next update.
