Where can I get the latest FrameXML?

Since 4.0.3 my addon has a bug. I belive its related to a change in the SecureGroupHeaderTemplate that must have been done by blizzard. It would be easier to debug if I could see the current version of SecureGroupHeaders.lua.
How can I get the latest FrameXML files? The files, I can download from blizzard, are to old.

http://wow.go-hero.net/framexml/13117 ist outdated but https://github.com/tekkub/wow-ui-source does have the current build.
