Having to relaod UI

I have been using NUI+ for a while now and love it! But, for some reason now within the past month I have had issues where all my buttons stop working. I can still type in chat and issue commands but the NUI buttons on screen and key bindings do not work. I have to reload the UI to correct the issue which can be bad in a battle. i have switched off all other adds and still have issue, I see action failed because of addon in the chat window sometimes before it happens but not all the time. It seems that during the past Thanksgiving thing in WOW where you set in those chairs causes it more, or maybe not. Any ideas out there?

Plenty of thoughts out there, some suggestions, but no solution yet since it doesn't seem to be affecting everyone all the time. It's been brought up in several threads already, but mostly it's here:

I actually have four days off from work... the reward for having spent three weeks doing 12 hour days I guess. Anyway, today is play and chill day, but I hope to spend the next few days running down these couple of bugs in nUI5 and working on nUI6.

I am trying the SET synchronizeBindings "0" in the config file to see if it works, anyway Happy turkey day guys.

The next time you log into the game, type this in your chat window:

/console taintLog 1

Wait until you see that message again, "Action failed because of an addon." and then type this in your chat window to stop logging the taint errors (or you can wait till right before you log out):

/console taintlog 0

Once you log out of the game, go into World of Warcraft\Logs and you will see a file called Taint.log. Right click over it and change the name to Taint.txt and attach it to a new post here for Scott to see.

Thanks for the taint log... I was able to reproduce this problem over the weekend, but for the life of me I can't seem to find what it is that's causing it nor a solution. I spent the better part of four days on it to little avail. I am working on it.

I will see if I can also get a log from my non-pet class toons also they throw errors also "action failed due to addon" sometimes.
