Huge Errors

Followed Install instructions to the T, but everytime i log on, i get the Lua Errors big time, 27 of them and the last one happens 1000 times over 10sec. Not to mention i dont get any part of the UI that should be there, no map, hud, bars, or chatbox here is a Screen Shot, what is happeneing?

Do you have any other addons installed? If you do, disable all of them BUT the nUI folder and go back into game. If nUI appears normal after that, enable your other addons one by one until you find the culprit.

I'd also suggest going into your saved variables folder before doing the above and deleting your nui.lua file (since it's messed up, any saved settings could be messed up too)

Did you have other addons enabled or just nUI ?
What version of nUI are you using ?

Is it a new character or an old character? Is it one you have played before downloading the latest version or one you haven't played in a long while?

Did a /nui rl fix the problem ?

Im using the nUI+ version, 5.06.07
Its a new Charecter to test it out on, i have played it before i downladed nUI+ on to the computer
No other ADDon's I reinstalled my ENTIRE WoW file from CD's and am up to date on the patch

and i have not tried /nui rl

I went and logged onto an 80 and it worked perfectly, must have been the new charecter thing. Got it up and working. Love the UI.

Okay, try /nui rl and see if that fixes it. Sometimes that seems to resolve the issue despite not knowing the cause.
But as Marth said, either delete or rename your nUI.lua WTF file and restart wow. See how that works. It might well be some sort of corruption, or perhaps due to a fresh install of wow causing some problems that may not be totally linked to nUI.
Try loading different characters on different servers ( if you have any ) and see if they work fine or have the same problem. Try switching from the character selection screen and by fully logging out. The results may differ depending how you switch characters.

Edit: Scratch the above. Now you have an 80 working, go back to that new character and see if that works now
