mod help

is there a mod that can keep track of enemies' cd? like iceblock, divine shield, imp counter spell, etc. heard magictrack is the mod to do so, but seem cant find it anywhere. is there any other recommendation? or link to magictrack is appreciated. thanx in advance

NECB can do this me thinks.

Antagonist can do this as well. I think the trick is that your combat log needs to catch them using said ability to trigger a cooldown bar.
