Change team/guild/friend icons?

I recently switched over to Carbonite and, after some initial setup, really love it. The one thing I dislike is that the player/guild/friend icons are so large - I much prefer the small, class colored icons you normally see. It's especially a problem since I always play/level in a duo with my fiance - her dot is always blocking the whole area around myself (including quest hand in/givers).

Is there any way to change how they appear - or remove them all together? (I'd far rather just replace them with the small class colored dots if possible though).

EDIT: I just went through and replaced the alpha channel for every one of the circles (in and out of combat) with a smaller visible range and it works just fine. I'd still love to get them class colored, but now that they are out of my way I'm quite happy :-)

You can scale the icons by right clicking the map, selecting Scale and changing the sliders. We already use many colors for the icon type. Adding class colors is not something we will probably do.
