Where is the Calender?

Hi,

I am a first time user to nUI. So far I am delighted by the layout and low memory usage of this mod. However I cannot find the calender icon anymore? Can someone help me on this? Thanks!

On your bag bar is an icon that looks like a button... click that... it's your button bag which contains all of the minimap buttons other addons add.

my calender is still not in the minimap button

Fearsjohn -- the calendar does not show up on your minimap... it will be inside the button bag which is on the left end of your bag bar... the icon next to the key ring. Click that to open the button bag and you'll find the calendar button in there.

thanks for the response but it is not in the bag button
i even asked my guild master to make a calender event
and it is still not there

Unless you have another mod installed that is messing with it... it is there.

Just for giggles, try disabling all mods except nUI and then log back in an open your button bag... is it there? If not... send me a screen shot of the open button bag so I can see what's going on. (you can attach images directly to the forum messages... just scroll down the message editing page to where it says "manage attachments")

ok i turned all off and it work trying to find what one messes with it now
it is fu bar that is messin with it

There should be an option in FuBar to deal with that or it may be one of the FuBar plugins that you're using.

I thought there was meant to be a slash command for the calender.

How about a /script macro to bring the calender up

Or you could try giving him a /script macro to call the Calender buttons's show method. That is if you haven't renamed that button of course

There is a blizzard command for it... but the question is/was why it wasn't in the button bag where it should be. It appears that FuBar or a FuBar plugin is picking up the calendar.

ok after messin with it some more it fubar is working but fubar clock and performance one of them or both of them is the reason

Yes, now that I have the clock in nUI I disabled the FU_Bar clock mod. That's probably the one causing your problem.

you could also shift click the clock in fubar i believe that will bring up the calender good luck with the new ui youll love it
