Dot timer with Mob filtering

Hello!

Im looking for a addon very similar to Fortexorcist, but with the option to filter out certain mob names or IDs, for example Gara'jal heroic, i would not want it to track and dots i put up on adds while inside the spirit world

Any addon out there with an option like this or is it not possible to do at all?
