Yup... if you have 5.06.22 or newer installed on a realm that does not have the 3.3.5 patch, then you're going to have all kinds of problems. Just roll back to 5.06.21 and you should be fine.

even after the hotfix it still broken with the IM style chat setting. Check out screenshot, I circle where the problem is as long as it under IM style I have to use hot keys on that bar only, can't add to it or even click on it, otherwise it open the text box up


*Edit* Also the chat frame keeps poping out of the chat box nui sets for it, it happen on login on a toon, and even on logout while I was wanting for the screen to change to my char selection. have to do a /nui rl to fix it

Do you have Prat or Chatter installed?

nUI does *NOT* put the chat edit box down there, so you have some other mod installed that's doing that.

The pop-out thing was reported earlier today... I'm going to try and figure out what that's about.

I have prat yes but I always had it go above the chat frame, and since it broken I have it disable right now. hmmm.. prat just had an update. Maybe I didn't have it disable on that toon. This is weird since weather it works or not should be up above and not at the bottom, let me check with the update to prat and see


kk it was prat doing it and the update fixes it.
