Chat SPAM... how to get rid of it?

Is there anyway to turn on Hostile Player's Spell Damage and Hostile Player's Damage Over Time that effect JUST YOU?

I mean I hate not being able to see spell damage and damage over time done to me while in the Battlegrounds, without having to endure ALL damage done by all Alliance on the field, the spam is horrible.
