Fear Ward Cooldown

Hello..

I have a dwarf priest, and would like to get the most out of my brilliant spell, fear ward. I would like an addon that tells me when the spell is ready to cast, simply pop's up or something "fear ward is ready" or plays a sound, flashes.. something that makes me aware of the ended cooldown. It would also be nice if the same add could check my party if they were warded, and of course ward them if they weren't.

I don't know how diffiult this is to make, but I hope the very first part is easy, which is the part I need the most.

Hope some extraordinary mind out theres is eager to help me
