HErb/Item Counter

This is something that I have been looking for, for ages. What I would Like is a 24 item bar on the left for all the different herbs I collect so I can easily track which ones i need to gather more of. Perhaps even a option to colour the number red when it gets below 5. Is there already a way to do this?
