Friends list MOD?

hello some friends were telling me about this mod and that it already exits, ( a mod where on your friends list you can add a note about that specific person), this becomes handy when you have so many people on your list you forget whos who, so if this already exists can someone please post the link, if it doesnt exist... bi!
