Platebuffs with Combo Points?

Hello,

I use TidyPlates to replace WoW Healthplates etc, but I like the Classic WoW ones better. The classic skin for TidyPlates is not doing the trick for me so I wanted to ask here.

I like Platebuffs however I really wish it did show combo points aswell.

Is there any way to customize the addon this way or is there an option for Platebuffs itself to do this?
