Disenchanting problems? is anyone else getting them?

Hey guys, i have my UI set up and all is working fine bar one problem. Whenever i go to Disenchant an item, a message from blizzard comes up, saying "so and so mod has been blocked by an action only available to the blizzard ui" is anyone having these problems? or have had this problem and could fix this please?
