How do I get author status so I can upload my addon?

Hi,
I have written an addon called AutoRun Reminder that puts a visual reminder icon on the screen that AutoRun is toggled. How to I get Author status so I can upload it?

You get author status *by* uploading it.

Just go to whichever category you want it in and use the upload Addon button toward the top right corner of the page.

Congratulations on your first addon!

I've gone ahead and moved your addon to the Miscellaneous category, since it didn't really belong in the Graphic UI Mods one (that's for art packs, kgPanels, skinning addons, etc.).
