Trouble with Scrollframe and 1.9

Since 1.9 my scrollframes seem to have lost their getoffset
FauxScrollFrame_GetOffset(RPSRaidFrameScrollBar) has become a nil value
Did they require a new way to initilize the scrollframe? the bar loads BUT when it scrolls nothing new comes up and the information doesn't "scroll"
