Paladin Judgement spell locked out

I recently installed NUI (love it btw) and have gotten pretty much everything working the way I want except for two things.

Paladin Judgement spell is locked out with no timer. Nothing unlocks it and I tried searching the forum for a solution with no luck.

The other thing I wanted to do was use nugcombo bar instead of the blizzard default bar. Is there a way to swap those out?
