Quest Text window 5.2.1a7

Just a minor issue to report... when getting new quests, the quest text window has the vertical scroll bar enabled and obscuring the text under it, even though the text isn't long enough to need a scroll bar.

Oh, I should mention... this is in the pop-up blizzard-looking quest window, NOT the full quest list window.

It only seems to do it for new quests, not turn-ins.
