Error upon clicking "Guild Control"

I have every addon disabled except the main Carbonite addon ("Carbonite 3.12") and I get the following error when clicking the "Guild Control" button.

And the guild control panel opens with all fields blank.

This only happens once per session. Repeated attempts to open guild control result in no errors and works correctly. I have to logout and log back in to repeat the error message.

[I only turned on Swatter to get the error stack, otherwise I just get the single error message about line 1106.]
