Cooldown Bar & Dualspecc..
There's a bug, when you are switching specs while having a cooldown on one of the spec specific skills.
The cooldown bar replaces the timer with another random skill and removes the timer.

Okies... I'm gonna have to do some digging and see what's up with the dual spec... seems to have introduced a bunch of errors.
