Before the WOTLK patch come in i had an addon that calculated the average and max damage of abilities and displayed them on the ability icon if anyone knows what it is called andif it has been updated could u plz get back to me asto where i can d/l it from.

Ok i found out it's called Dr. Damage but the one on here is out of date if anyone knows of a similar addon or if there is a an updated version plz get back to me.

but it didnt work for me, i assume it has something to do with macaroon.

You are correct. Macaroon converts abilitys into macro, so in essence, you would be asking Dr. D to calculate the damage of a macro.

Dr. Damage works on macros. Use the #show line for the macro.
