Disabling features

I'm new to nUI, but I like some of the features, although I prefer other addons for some of the other features. Is there any way to disable individual features. For example, I like the player view, but I would like to disable the party/raid views, as for me, Grid suits my needs better.

My next question is; is there a way to undock Recount from nUI?

When I (for example) cast a heal on myself, my portrait highlights in green, can that be turned off?

And finally, are the castbars able to be disabled?

as for the praid frames.. there is no way to "disable" them.. you could disable the auto-grouping function so it doesn't automatically change the view and always stay in the "single player" mode

if im not mistaken there is a plaugin for Grid

not sure about the Recount though as i use Skada

that feature is part of the feed back.. it highlights the frams in read if taking damage or in green if getting a heal.. the command to turn this off is /nui showhits
that SHOULD disable the flashes

the only way not to see the cast bars (if im not mistaken <.<) is to not use the HUD display as they are tied together .. im pretty sure you could edit the code though.. i would ask Speil on that one...
