A couple of things...nothing "real" bad...

1. the nUI+ action bars. How do I lock them so I don't inadvertently drag a button off and delete/drop it?

2. This is more of a suggestion. In the warrior build, fury tree, battle stance I have a power called "Victory Rush". It has a 20 second counter after a kill to use this before it's deactivated. Is there a way to get a timer in this on the action bar like I've seen in other powers?

That's it for now. Looking forward to a full fledge, killer GUI to go along with nUI. I'm using one that was recommended but it doesn't have as much stuff on it as I would figure. Hopefully see that soon!

Thanks again!!

Press "escape" to bring up the WoW menu, select "Interface" then "Action Bars" and make sure the option to lock the action bars is checked.

At present, no... in nUI6 I am hoping to make that work. I confess, it also bothers me on my warrior that I don't have that timer. I'm not quite sure how I'm going to implement it yet though as I don't want it to be confused with the cooldown timers and aura durations.

AH FOR CRYING OUT LOUD, Scott!! Could you have made it any simpler??

Sorry to bother you with such a trivial & rather stupid question, Scott. I know you have better things to work on then answer questions from the likes of me.

Well I know it highlights when it becomes available. I see you have the other timers implemented on powers such as "Rend" for example. I won't pretend to know how to program in this language but if it's highlighted, wouldn't be possible to put the timer on the highlighted button and start the countdown?

Thank you for your time. I look forward to the next version. And I do promote this UI over every other one I've used (Spartan and 1 other that escapes me at this time). My guild, on the Kargath server, is reaching its 900 active member mark & I talk about it all the time. Keep up the great work!!

~lol~

No worries.

The difference between Rend and Revenge is that the timer on the Rend action is telling you how much longer the debuff is going to be active on the current target while the Revenge timer is telling you how much longer before you cannot cast it at all... it isn't a cooldown or duration time, but an "availability" timer -- the question is how to display that so it doesn't get confused with the other timers... I'm also not 100% sure how to obtain the data itself (only because I have yet to have taken the time to look at it as I've been busy with the "other stuff" on the to-do list)

Make the timer text green to make it different from the other timers?

If the "availability" timer is consistently shown by highlighting the border, you could maybe use the highlighted border as sort of a clock face (fraction highlighted = percent of time window left).

Or two-tone it, so the fraction of the border which is brightly-highlighted is the fraction of the window left, while the fraction which is normally-highlighted is the fraction of the window already past.

I hope that makes sense. Basically you overlay the highlighted border with some kind of pie-shaped, clock-face mask which starts as a full circle and ends as a very narrow wedge. The masks could be preconstructed (maybe 30 of them) and the appropriate one overlaid on each update.
