quest givers

when I logged into my main after adding addon and did what it promted me to, I was albe to see only the quest givers with quests I had not done, but now I have been in and out with several toons and its showing me all quest giver. Is there a way to reset it or change it so that it only shows quest givers with quests that I have not done.
I have been playing around with it all morning and searching the web and I just cant find out how to do that sorry
