[Battleground Targets] How do you enable the player list

When I go to Ashran, the list doesn't show up. I've looked a about 20 tutorials/reviews on the addon, and none of them address how to make the bars visible in a battleground. It's an updated addon so I'm assuming it works in Ashran.

Here are my settings:

I have no idea how to make this thing work.

What made you think it even works in Ashran? Ashran is not battleground.

Outdoor battleground zones have never had the team scoreboard screen, have they? My guess is that this addon uses the battleground scoreboard to find information about all the players in it, so for outdoor zones like Ashran there's nothing present for it to work with.
