extra action bars
ummm how do i get extra action bars ? i cant fint nui in interface > addons

Are you looking in the correct place?

Windows XP: [ C: > Program Files > World of Warcraft > Interface > AddOns > nUI ]
Windows Vista/7: [ C: > Users > Public > Games > World of Warcraft > Interface > AddOns > nUI ]

As for getting more action bars than the 7 that are already there... you can't with nUI. You would have to add some other bar mod for the extra bars... though I have a hard time figuring out how anyone needs more than 84 buttons at one time.

umm i got only 1 action bar :PPP ant i cant find the nui IG on addons section
ill try looking your directions

If you only have one action bar... it's not nUI... can you post a screen shot please? If you reply to this message and scroll down the page a bit, there's a "Manage Attachments" button you can click to upload the screen shot directly to this thread.
