Nui Dev is working fine for me now.

I did have errors at first.
I disabled Wim and then Grid and then the nui map mod i was using, and all works fine now for me.

I am using:
Nui
Omen
Recount
Baggins
Auctionater
and Fubar mods.

I am happy. looks great as before.
