Edit ok i found a way to expain it better, i want a key that when i hold it down it will change action bar 1 to 2 and when i realease it has to go back to actionpage 1.

This would help me alot!

I could be just a lamer at keys but i cant seem to set it up with just blizzards keys.

Is this allready out there, please someone help me!?

The new action bars are actually just the 4 scrolling action pages above the main bar. You could use those if you need access to multiple bars.
