Req: Heal Announcer

Greetings,

I would really like to see a Addon that automaticly makes a /p when your starting to heal someone in your party, could be something like this

<Zeker> .::Healing(Holy light)::. "Someone"
or something smilar it would be cool also if it could detect if u cancle the heal ex.
<Zeker> .::Interuppted Healing(holy light)::. "Someone"

Of course i understand that this might not be "makeable" or mabey its already done (ive looked around on diffrent sites tho) and if it already excists could you please link it,
