standalone MooBuffMod?

Hi there,

since the search didn't thrown up aany usable results, and i'm just beginning with scripting add ons, i'd like to know if there already is a standalone version of MooBuffMod, which i like more than GypsyBuff(?), but i don't wanna install this buggy Cosmos again

Already looked into the code of MooBuffMod, but it's calling a lot of Cosmos functions i don't know (of course).

Maybe someone can help me out here? Either by pointing out a finished standalone, or with how to kill the Cosmos function calls or something else...
any advice would be greatly appreciated,
