got some nice layout going, but it is quite busy, imo. personally, i tend to go for a more minimalistic approach (because i'd rather see the world than my UI).

UI's are as unique as the people that use them tho...what works well for me may not work well for you and vice versa...so i think it's very hard to say "that's a good UI" or "that's a bad UI" etc...

if i may make a suggestion, though, i would suggest select use of Skinner (or perhaps even better take a look at this article) to tie the look together and give it a more unified appearance.

I think you're chat, minimap, unit frames, and full body portraits are waay too big. Scale them down about 20%.
