Beta5.2.1A9R2 double maps

I'm not sure what is causing this or how to fix it, but for some reason, on my DK (and only my DK), despite having Carbonite's minimap merged with default Blizzard minimap in Carbonite's option window, both maps are trying to load on top of each other. To clarify, if I close Carbobite's minimap, the Blizzard minimap is still there. They aren't merging. This also means that all my minimap buttons aren't in a nice column but rather still on Blizzard's minimap circle frame.

I wasn't sure what was pertinent information, so I just copied the entire error report. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
