Way of moving bg flag cap/victory point indicator?

Is there a permanent way of moving BG Flag Cap/Victory Point indicator? I'm able to move it with the ace2 moveframes but it always resets. Or even better, is there a mod that anchors this info somewhere else in the UI?

Id say give fluidframes a try. Works well for me.

I am using "Chinchilla" to modify my minimap (settings), and it also has an option to move the above stated frame(s). Alternatively, you could use "Capping". It can do this as well, and has many handy features regarding PvP in battlegrounds too (timers, etc).
