Post How To Contribute Quest And Gather Data

If you would like to help us improve the quest and Gather node database there is one file on your system that we can use: Carbonite.lua in saved variables. Your file path may vary depending on your operating system and where you installed. A default PC install will have the following path:

C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\WTF\Account\<account name>\SavedVariables\Carbonite.lua

Send your file to: [email protected]

Thanks for contributing.

Win 7 and Vista default install location:
C:\Users\Public\Games\World of Warcraft

Double check the path you get the Carbonite.lua file from, since there are three types of files with that same name in different locations.

Data could be submitted anywhere from once a day to once a month. It really depends on how much you play. Once a week for a daily player is fine.

That email address is many years old and may not function any more. You will probably have to check with Rythal to find out if there is another way to submit data.
