eq2 interface emulation

Hi everyone.
I'm an EQ2 player comming back to WOW to try it out again after about a year and a half away. One of thing things i never liked about WOW was the default interface. I'm looking for something that allows me to have my hotkeys along the top, player info along the left side, buffs below that, etc. I truely can't stand having the hotkeys along the bottom because I'm a "clicker" not a keyboard user. I'm including a picture of my eq2 hotkey setup to make it a bit more clear -- any advice on what mods to use and how to set them up to emulate that setup would be fantastic.

For action bars, you could use Discord Action Bars , bongos ,trinity , or bartender3. There's more but those are the main ones. For buffs, you could use buffalo. For unit frames, you could use Discord unit Frames, AG Unit Frames, or Pitbull. There's more but those are the main ones.
