No tooltips when in combat (hovering over spells in toolbar)

I was wondering if this is a feature or a bug:

When I'm in combat (using the Player/Target hud) I no longer get any tooltips when I hover over spells, etc in the toolbars. When I'm out of combat, it all works fine.

Not a bug, it's a feature!

It's a feature. The command '/nui combattips' will toggle that behavior on and off.
