Looking for unit frames w/ portrait under bars

Hey guys, I'm wondering if there is a unit frames that lets me place my characters portrait(3d portrait like in pitbull) under the life and mana/rage/energy bar. I know pitbull lets me put the portrait horizontally between bars but I would prefer it's other portrait layout style of the square with the portrait. I wanna stick it under the bars. Is this possible?

Edit: I'd also like to know if there was some unit frame addon that lets me place the mana and health independent of each other? Thanks!
