Self-cast addon

Hi! Until recently, I had an addon that allowed me to cast spells on myself if I had no target, but I lost it . Does anyone have the name of a mod that can do this? It would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

The ability is now a part of wow, check in your interface options.

This addon did not make me hold alt/shift/ctrl.
