spell timer overlaping health % on party frame

OK resto Shammy here and love the Ui. However my main focus is on healing and as such it is pretty important for me to see the %of health porton on the party 3d frame.

However when I cast heal I get a timer for healing wave over each persons party frame if I cast a heal on them which is great in its self, However that little timer above their frame covers up the %health for that person so I cant see what health % they are at.

Is ther a way to move those timers up just a tad ? Like not even an 1/8 of an inch


Any help would be appreciated thanks
