tracking orange/yellow/green/gray tradeskill level?

i remember an addon that tracked tradeskills and displayed the tradeskill levels at which the skill was obtained/was orange, went yellow, went green, went gray, and etc, in the tradeskill level. i remember this data appearing as a line in the lower left corner of the window detailing the requirements for a specific individual recipe.

it was a little eensy addon of some sort, not a full-blown tradeskill window replacement. i want to say it was LilSparkysWorkshop, but that has been updated and is being maintained, and i don't see any feature like that in the current version.

anyway, if anyone can remember what this was, and can let me know, i would appreciate it.
