Addon to prevent scaling down stats in tooltips.

I wish my 1 lvl Auction House alt to be able to see item tooltips with their actual max level item stats. For now, any high level gem or enchant will display like +1 intellect or +2 expertise. Is there any addon that would prevent scaling down stats in tooltips?
