Eclipse bar problem with oUF Phanx

I tried everything,even downloaded fresh wow install twice but nothing,disabled all addons with just ouf core and ouf phranx but still nothing eclipse bar always bugged.I use those frames on all characters and everything is fine totems on shaman etc.It doesent matter if i enable or disable eclipse icons bar is still bugged.Its really annoying and i dont wanna switch to another frames cause these have all i need,clean simple castbar auras etc.I tried it with ouf core 1.6.6 and older ones but still cant get it t work.One thing,somehow i found phranx version 5.0 in some old old ui someone made and that eclipse bar was fine and in position.If anyone can help pls do and sorry for my english heres the screen

There is already an open bug report ticket about that:

However, I have never been able to reproduce this problem, so until someone can provide some new information, there's not really much I can do to fix it. If you have any information to add that is not already in the ticket, please post it in the ticket.
