Tooltip Offset

I'm working on a simple addon that I want to do two things.
1.Change the tooltip anchor to the cursor.
2.Move the tooltip a bit to the right so I can see what i'm pointing at.

The first bit is easy:

function GameTooltip_SetDefaultAnchor(tooltip, parent)
	tooltip:SetOwner(parent, "ANCHOR_CURSOR")
end

What do I need to add to set the offset of the tooltip to the right?
