Import Settings

The ability to import/export settings to use on another account/character.

Very annoying to make a new char and then have to move the windows how I like them =). Could copy the WTF folder but who wants to do that once your already in game.

Saving settings per character with import/export would be great, or even just a single profile for default would work for me. I like to have all my toons layouts the same otherwise I confuse myself and that is a very easy thing to do
