How to get tidyplates to display all health bars?

My tidy plates only shows health bars over the heads of players, I would like to see bars over all NPCs/pets/totems etc. I have every nameplate turned on in interface -> names, and have all npcs ticked in tidyplates, but none of them will show. Help?

I also cannot see the health bars of opposite-faction players when in sanctuaries.

I know this is going to sound weird, but..... Try hitting the "V" key (or shift + V or cntrl + V, I'm not sure which it is any more), unless you've re-bound them. They are default key (Blizzard) bindings for showing of the nameplates. One controls friendly, one is for enemy, and one is for all nameplates.

I apologise if you know this and have tried it already.

Blizzard introduced "smart" nameplates and will only show nameplates if they have taken damage, you tagged it or is your primary target. The "V" key will not affect this setting. You can change this with the following setting.

Game Menu > Interface > Names

Under "Unit Nameplates" select the "Always show nameplates option".

@ both I have "always show nameplates" turned on, and have pressed v to turn it on.

I've found on another thread that writing /run SetCVar("nameplateShowFriendlyNPCs",1) forces friendly NPC bars to show, so that's an improvement at least. It seems like this is a problem that there is no fix for yet, but I appreciate the help.

Going to take a shot in the dark but by chance did it change the "NPC Names" setting?

Edit:
Had a chance to log in, it does not. In fact, it appears this setting is indeed missing from Blizzards options.

Sorry Kalia. I' m a bit out-of-practice with WoW, currently, as my computer suffered a power surge and got fried in late August. I haven't played since then. All I have is a Acer Iconia A100 tablet that is OLD (probably manufactured sometime in 2012, I think) and I can't play WoW on it. It'll be quite some time til I can replace it. Probably around two years or so. So, until then I'm stuck on the sidelines.OH, and the OS is up-to-date too. Android 4.0.3 and I can't upgrade it, either.

@jeruku That's interesting, does that mean that this setting could not be affected by an addon at all, but is only something blizzard can control? Sorry, I'm very much a noob when it comes to addons/modifying.

@jeffy162 That's no problem, I appreciate that you still tried to give some advice! But that really sucks about your power surge -- it's so unfair when something like that happens and it's not even your fault. I really hope you can find a replacement sooner, 2 years is such a long time as well.
