nui and boomkins new eclipse meter problem

there is a small problem with using nui for balance druids. the new eclipse meter is disabled when using nui and there doesn't appear counterpart for it (unless i'm missing it somehow). this might not end up being a problem if another add-on can be used for the purpose of keeping track of eclipse (and there likely would be i think). but just in case i thought i would mention it because it will be hard to use nui for balance druids if there is no eclipse meter.

It's probably the case of not knowing the name of the bar in question. I think I made a druid on the PTR so i will try and find out the name of it.

However, for future reference, typing /framestack and hovering over the frame should show a box containing the names of the frames under the mouse. One of them will most likely be the bar you are talking about.

Probably something like DruidPowerBar, DruidPowerBarButton1 or something similar.

movable most likely... only sizable via the layout file most likely.

Remember... this is all temporary... nUI5 is end of life, I have no intent of investing a great deal of effort in the 4.0 patch as I need to focus on nUI6.

that's cool. any chance this bar gets put back on before the patch goes live? because without the bar boomkin is unplayable.

any luck with getting this done? is it something that can be added easily by us by just changing something in the programming? sorry to be a pain.....it's just that boomkins will have to disable nui to be bale to play since it's impossible to play correctly without the bar.

I made progress this past weekend, but did not have it ready to release... I've got schedule conflicts last night and tonight, I'm hopeful I can get it released tomorrow night if I can get enough time to work on it.

thats cool......not trying to be a pita but i just like using this ui and would hate to have to disable it. also....this is OT but is the only way to send a donation through paypal? because i dont have a paypal, and i wanted to make a contribution.

No... you can also send a donation via snail-mail... my mailing address is at the bottom of every newsletter mailing that goes out... just be sure to include your e-mail address in the envelope so I can add you to the donor database. And thank you.

You can use the 5.07 PTR build of nUI when 4.0 goes live this afternoon and I will be burning the midnight oil tonight to try and get an update out tonight to fix the druid/pally/lock bars.

jc.. has there been any progress on this? Do i need to overwrite addon data with the 5.07.03 (included?) or not as your email stated.. yea.. I was racking my brain last night in front a an IF dummy and couldn't for the life of me figure out where this "EclipseBar" was located or how it works.. figured someone would start a thread here.. any info is appreciated

Love nUI!! Best UI Mod hands down! ... I couldn't play WoW without it ... hence why, until it is fix'd, Im just gonna wing with as-is

hey xzellia and scott.....there is an add-on called moonmover available from wow interface here. if you go to the stand alone tab and then under the specific classes tab and then druids it will be the first add-on on the list. it's a .rar fikle so you'll need a program that can unzip it. install to add-ons and it shows up with nui installed.

It will be a new update to nUI, not a separate app.

I second that, the moon mover mod makes the eclipse bar show up. But I'm supposed to tank an ICC10 tonight on my pally and would really like to see my holy power, I wish someone would release a similar mod for pallies until nui is fixed....
