kgpanels down after patch

So the patch came today, and all my panels are gone, I still have my artwork thankfully, but i don't have the boxes..aaand...when I go to create new panels I can't create them, and I have one i managed to create, but the Active Panels section doesnt have a + beside it, so i can't go in to configure it and it is just stuck on my screen..is there a new version for this patch or are others experiencing this at all?
