Trying to find a UI from years back

It's a bit of a long shot but I'm trying to locate This UI

I used it during Burning Crusade and really enjoyed it back then. I have wanted to attempt a remake for a while now but havent been able to find a screen shot until today.

If anyone has any leads I would greatly appreciate it.

The textures look something like what one of the renditions of the Duke UI's. I know he removed his ui from being able to be downloaded a long time ago.
